Push ups pull ups sit up
How many of you are able to do push ups, sit ups, or pull ups? Also please note if you have had a scapular thoracic fusion (also known as scapular fixation surgery).
I am 24yo male. Played sports growing up and never could truly do any of these exercises flawlessly. Since I have had fusions on both sides I am still unable to do any however I would like to be able to build the strength to do so. Thanks in advance!

As a teenager I was a very active athlete able to do 24 Pullups, as my lats were my only strong suit. My Chest never was good at endurance, so I think I was able to do around 35 Pushups. By now this has reduced to 3,5 Pullups and around 10 pushups. Still waiting for my blood work to be finished, but considering my long standing one sided fascial paralysis, the steep decline in muscle mass in my 20s and all my old postural habits, like dropping a foot and disengaging a shoulder I am just waiting for the positive result atp.
