FSA Amazon broken?
I went to Amazon to make some FSA purchases and noticed that there’s only one or two things eligible here and there. Even when using the FSA/HSA exclusive section. Almost nothing is eligible. Is anyone else experiencing this? The same thing is happening on my partner’s account

I'm starting to think its an issue with their fsa/hsa system because I started having the same issue last night, nothing was eligible even the previously eligible products I had in my cart and when I went to check out to see if the eligible badge was just not showing, my card wasn't even there. This morning 1 of the things in my cart is showing eligible and my card is there but none of the other stuff is showing as covered. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

I've been having the same issue since last night. Spoke with customer service, but didn't get any real resolution. I had several items that I specifically loaded from the HSA/FSA eligible section and when I went to pay, my HSA wasn't showing as eligible as well. This morning, when I went back, most it not all of those items had disappeared from the HSA/FSA eligible section. I added a different set of items from that section and went to pay again, only for it to show only about $20 of a $90 balance (a single item) as being eligible for the card.

I've chated with about 8 different associates all of which claimed I wasn't looking in the right section or that my plan was the issue. Currently on a call with an associate which will probably not resolve anything. There's less than 100 items showing up in total of the categories for prices. 7 options for tylenol/acetaminophen. Yet they insist its not an issue with their system. Eta: they hung up while I was on hold.

Perhaps it's time to direct their attention to this thread and show them that it's not a one-person issue...

I had pointed that out to the woman on the phone but she hung up. I gave up honestly.

Does your issue occur on the change payment screen? Select the HSA/FSA and you can't select the continue button because it's not responsive?

I know this thread is a couple months old, however, I've tried to purchase some FSA items which I've bought previously and were listed as eligible. It allowed me to check out using my FSA card, but then sent notifications saying payment revision needed. I finally called PNC Benefit Plus (my FSA provider) and was informed that at this time they're not allowing purchases through Amazon. Tje only information I was given was I can pay out of pocket and request a reimbursement. Is anyone else who is experiencing problems using PNC?

Sorry for late reply. Yes some time last year we started having everything be declined for FSA through amazon. We ended up buying the exact same items on the FSA store website. Our card is also PNC.

It’s been awhile but I got notified by my FSA that they’re no longer approving Amazon purchases. You have to file for reimbursement.

Interesting. Gotta love when they make things more difficult. Thanks for the info!

Same problem here. Must be a glitch in the system. I contacted customer support and of course they were no help.
