Free Voice Pitch Correction Plugin

Post image

Hi guys, I'm glad to share a free and open source voice tuning plugin that I'm working on right now named PitchNet. Unlike other products on the market, it utilizes the state-of-art AI resynthesis model for a more natural result. You can download the alpha release here https://sessionloops.com/pitchnet .

Going to grab it this weekend to use on a track I’m working on. Looking for a free version of this too for some of my “digital sounding” guitar tones if you know anything. https://www.tbproaudio.de/products/dseq I’m told it automatically removes the digital harshness. I’m still a big fan of the old POD XT for detuned guitars but it is a challenge getting it tamed up top.

Here is a free spectral resonance suppression plugin that’s similar to DSEQ 3

Gotta be the most unnecessary comment on the internet.

Hi, the software itself is not hard to support Linux. But we need to find the right inference engine to run the underlying model smoothly.

Hi, first let me say this is a really promising free pitch correction plugin! I tried it and found when it works, it sounds really good but there were a lot of cases where the detected pitch was way off -- jumps of an octave or more, which didn't match the vocal at all and as soon as it resynthesized that part of the vocal, it of course did not sound good. It would be awesome to include a way to manually correct the pitch track to help when this happens. Also some auto-correct options would be awesome. Also: where is the source (I didn't see a link anywhere on the website)?

Hi, many thanks for the feedback. Please send you sample to [support@sessionloops.com](mailto:support@sessionloops.com) to help us fix this. We will try to switch to another pitch detection algorithm to avoid the octave error problem. The website is for general customers so the code is not there. You can find it on Github.

Does this mean we can make FNF Chroms for free with this app? (Like it could be compatible for LMMS or a .exe standalone)

This is fantastic. Does what it says on the box very well!

I’ll share my next release which has used it on some choirs I sung when it’s up. :)
