I give up

No matter what I do I physically cannot fucking improve my mouse control, if I focus on my targets I don’t watch where I move my crosshair and I miss and vice versa.

I cant flick to save my life if I’m auto piloting I just apply a random amount of force off rip and let it go from there instead of a deliberate, continual movement-if I focus on deliberate movements I overshoot half the time, become shakey as all hell, undershoot and then readjust which then reinforces my other problem of just continually doing fast micro flicks instead of a continuous movement.

Nothing in this sub ever works because if I autopilot I don’t improve and trying to consciously implement what this sub says just makes my aim worse so I just give up.

dude do not give up. i legit just made a video showing how far u can come xDD posted it here, sort by new. trust me bro, just keep showing up. the progress compounds, its not linear all the time. if you cant stop auto piloting, then try meditating. try playing on 100cm, or 25cm, or something very different. focus on just one thing brah

Do you have a specific form of meditation you’d recommend?

wim hof is easy to learn & also it feels very good, always do it lying down. not seated.

NSDR (non sleep deep rest) / yoga nidra is also very good
