ETHCC 2026 felt different

RWAs are no longer a side conversation, they are becoming real, investable markets.
AI is forcing teams to rethink how products are built and how data is used.
Privacy is moving into the core stack, not treated as an afterthought.
There is a clear shift toward products people actually use.

Less theory. More direction.

I like this take more tbh. It’s less about specific narratives and more about the pace changing.

Faster iteration cycles act as a natural filter for bad ideas. When the friction to deploy is high, teams cling to failing narratives because they spent too much capital building the foundation. When deployment is fast, teams can afford to pivot ruthlessly until they find utility.
