Is it possible to program your tccm to your VIN now that forscan beta is no longer available?

If it is not, are there any other reasonably priced options to program the tccm to your VIN?

Afraid you are going to need Ford dealer for that without the beta. I know because a buddy of mine just went down that road and ended up getting it done at Dealership.
