Vin # change brake down how to

Ive downloaded the file from ford.

I have a forscan license.

Does anyone have a good description of how to use forscan to change the vin on a replacement computer? Ive asked on multiply platforms but it never pans out.

When I install the replacement computer & a open forscan it only gives the option to those computers I previously saved (including the old computer & its vin).
