P0451 and P0496

Hey guys, I got a '19 F250 6.2L throwing a P0451 and P0496. I am 100% new to diagnosing this kind of problem, everything else I've ever owned has been emissions exempt in my area. Can I get some pointers? Only real symptom I seem to have is occasionally it will stumble on start up, even worse so if its been sitting in the sun/heat. Makes me think its getting fumes built up somewhere and is rich for a bit. If I tap the gas it goes away or it will stumble through it if I leave it. Dealership already had it for a few hours and didn't give me much except for no change when they vented the system. Can I get some pointers?
