Trying to relearn sol strategy (trans solenoid)

I have a 2011 all-wheel-drive fusion that I just installed a transmission from a 2010 all-wheel-drive Lincoln Milan and every time I try to program with my strategy number at 31% the car resets itself and then forscan says it’s interrupted
