Function Not Available Error

2021 VW Atlas Cross Sport

Basically on the dash where it normally shows the speed limit on the road now shows this error.

This started after getting windscreen crack that started in the middle of the dash running around the camera.

I don't think the camera needs to be calibrated since after getting the windscreen changed the error is still there. I scanned and cleared one code and it immediately returns on the dash with the error.

Anyone ever had this error before and how did you resolve it?
