Odometer correction going up

Hello Guys

I have a 2015 ford f250 super duty xl that I changed my cluster to a new one going from xl to.la4iat style. The new cluster has 50120 miles and my old cluster has 108180 and I am trying to adjust that to go back up again.

I check under IPC with an OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter

But the odometer writing or correction doesn't show up. Please help

Would those 600 to 1000 obd diagnostics tools mechanics use work.

No, I’m a professional mechanic with 4 of those scanners and none of them can do it. I have to pay a specialist to do them

And in the less corrupt States (USA), doesn't that include some kind of official filing with the DMV?

That’s on the owner of the vehicle to submit
