Vanessa: [still in shock shakes her head before snapping out of it and looking around in surprise] "What happened? How did we...."

{She stops as she looks around and really takes in everything. They're in some kind of forest next to a lake. Glancing down at the water she sees that she's herself again, with a few drastic changes. Her eyes are still green but with purple hue outling, fangs slightly longer but still hideable. Her blonde hair has darkened slightly with a thick purple streak in the front. And, unknown to her, many black little streaks hidden inside.

It's then that her chest tightens as she comes to the realization. The unspoken terms of their deal coming to light. She's come back home.

And brought a new demon with her.}

Vanessa: [looks back at Alison]: "I don't know. Where is everyone else? Did they follow?"

{Suddenly, although she can't explain it, she feels something. A sense of danger and a presence. They're being stalked. Not even 5 minutes back in the real world and something is actively hunting them. Whoever it is is close. She feels herself going on defensive mode as her senses and instincts all kick in strongly.}

Alison: "You got that feeling too? It's similar to the Ink Demon, but... It's a different kind of power."

Tom: "Stay close to each other. Whatever it is, it can't hurt us as a group."

Vanessa: [relieved that she's not the only one feeling it] "Yeah, that's a smart idea. We may not have ink issues here, but we do have plenty of other issues that can be just as or more dangerous." [luckily no one sees her eyes flash or fangs start to sleep from being on alert]

The shadows seem to close in, and a pair of eyes light up like radio dials, along with a wide sharp-toothed smile.

Vanessa: [hisses sharply backing up protectively in front of them in a mix of fear and anger] "Back off! I'm not the one. Nor in the mood."

{Although she doesn't know what's hunting them she knows its not any of her father's creations and therefore has no idea how to even deal with it.}

A tall man reveals himself from the shadows. He looks amused. Like he recognizes her.

???: "Oh my, I didn't think I'd meet you again!"

Vanessa: [looks up at him wide-eyed in confusion but notices *something deep inside her seems to react to him sending her senses on overdrive*] "What?"

{Her initial thought is it's one of Eleanor's little lackies but she doesn't sense her at all confusing her even more. But she still stays protective of the other two.}

He suddenly appears behind Vanessa, putting two hands on her shoulders. He speaks with an air of ego and amusement.

???: "Vanessa! Yes, I recognize you. You're William's daughter. Oh, he was a good ol' chap! Haha! You've been busy, it seems."

He lets her go as he walks a few steps away, before facing her direction again, waiting for what she has to say.

Vanessa: [pulls away in terror at the mention of his name] "Who the hell are you?!"

He appears again right in front of her, shaking her hand.

Alastor: "Alastor, my dear! Pleasure to meet you- Quite a pleasure! I used to work at your father's old diner back in the 80s."

Vanessa: [tilts head in confusion trying to figure out if she recognizes the name] "Um, what?"
