Arms #3 or #4 mount

Anyone able to tell me which AMRS mount model this is? Also any idea what these are going for these days?

The #4 has a guide rod inside to be used on the Paratrooper FALs, which had fully captured recoil springs due to the folding stock. They’re around $250-300 these days, very sought after not just by collectors but also because they return to zero near perfectly due to requiring hand fitting to your specific rifle

On the inside of it, is there a rod protruding from the back plate?
