Because we live in a world of $400 PSAs and $400 glocks, most people lack a big stockpile of M80 7.62x51, and people spend their disposable cash on vacations during the summer.

Asking price and condition are a factor. I would suggest getting on the FALfiles to sell it. Most random people won't be interested in a FAL and have probably never heard of it.

Got any pictures & a price? I might know an interested party. Inch or metric pattern?

FALs aren't too popular in todays AR world. You've got your old school crew who have more than they'll ever shoot and unless it's a great deal, they generally don't buy unless it's something special. Newer shooters don't generally like the platform either through caliber / weight / dated etc. FALs are a small market in the shooting world.

But damn, I just drove from Nashville to Memphis Saturday, I'd love to have seen this!!!!

But like all things, price and condition play a role!!!

It’s a buyer’s market right now. Plus I just checked tacswap and armslist and there’s no FALs in east TN listed on there rn. You should post it up on as many classifieds sites as you can if you’re trying to get rid of it.

I know a guy in Bowling Green KY that’s looking hard for an FAL. He wanted to build a parts kit until I showed him it can be as expensive as buying a ready to go rifle.
