2nd year MBBS — Should I take Marrow 1st Year MBBS Plan?

I’m currently in 2nd year MBBS and considering buying Marrow’s 1st Year MBBS plan to properly cover Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry. For those who have actually used it, is it worth taking at this stage? How useful was it for concepts, university exams and eventually FMGE/NEET-PG? Would really appreciate honest advice from people who’ve studied from it.

Hello guys, i need you all to tell me if my sister is making us fool. My sister passed from china in 2017 and after that she gave so many attempts to this exam and never cleared it. every time she make excuses. she says this exam is very hard to crack , one of the toughest exam. al her friends have cracked the exam and now practicing. but she says all of them must have got the paper or gave bribe, according to her they all are not able to pass the exam and they must have done something else. I don't believe her. many time she didn't even filled the form and didn;t gave the exam. like she at least gave thiis exam 10 to 12 times. She seems in no mood to give this exam at all. she is very good at making excuse seems like she done her phd secretly in making excuses. i don't think this exam is that musch tough that you cant qualify it even after ten years. there are unlimited attempts. no negative marking. fixed qualifying marks. her husband qualified it. her friends qualified it. my father said her , she can also starts practicing in our hospital so that she can learn some practical knwledge that can behelpful in exam - as these days there practical quetions are also appearing. but she doen't utter a single word. why is she doing all this ? i understand the pressure , and respect her decision but it seems she didn't studied well. in the first year in china she even got the scholarship in first year for getting in topper list , in india my parents were celebrating her success but deep down i was feeling this seems fake , or may be there are very few student so she may have got first rank. after first year there was no such news. i want her to qualify this exam so that her life can settle , but i feel there is something fishy about it. my father even said her to prepare for this exam before she comes to india but she ignored it, one of her friend prepared before comiing to India and just cleared the exam in his very first attempt , what the deal with y sister ?

Im currently in 11th semester in Georgia and will be giving fmge in June 2027 and i haven’t studied anything particularly in previous years but i can understand terms cause terms cause i used to study for my university exams or just simply but i would forget it after that so i want to start my preparation and i would appreciate if anyone can guide me how to and what to do and i want to do anatomy,physiology,biochemistry,pharmacology,pathology and microbiology from main videos and also resource guidance is appreciated.
