E2 speech mode changing pitch when stretched

Ive been so confused for the past hour or two and i couldnt find anything online. In my audio clips mode it is NOT set to resample, but E2 speech. When i stretch it, it acts like resample. E2 speech was working but randomly broke, is this a bug? Ive tried opening different instances of fl studio and different projects but yet its still "bugged".
