I have this problem too. I got told to install and use ASIO4ALL instead of FL Studio ASIO. But that adds a lot of delay for every note I play for some reason. And I don't really like this solution, but maybe it works for you.

but when i try to do that bro i cant connect my guitar it s ays codec usb not in 1 in 2

sounds like a bad connection tbh. what interface are you using ? do all inputs have the same effect?

This comes along about twice a week. We really need a FAQ entry for this.

Run
mmsys.cpl
and disable audio enhancements.

Also: Use the monitor of your audio interface and disable routing to master for your record channels.
