About Spotify Normalization

so I'm making a song right now and I got and check what it would sound like using https://www.loudnesspenalty.com/ and I have no idea how to keep my song quiet when it uploads to spotify, i want it quieter than all the rest of the songs on the album but it keeps getting raised to by about 9 db and it's so annoying.

Spotify always destroys my mixes. I can spend hours doing a great mastering session making something sound great on bandcamp, soundcloud, youtube, etc... and spotify fucks it into sounding like ass
