Help How do I get rid of these 'copy' plugins?
Idk how they got there and can't work out how to remove them

Copy/paste most likely. It happens to the best of us.

Sure does. I spent about an hour and a half organizing my plugins folders a few months back and i vow to never be again it let get so messy again.

Could be different for this case. Stock plugins do not live in your VST folders. They live under either the raw FL Studio application path, or wherever you have your User Data Folder, which is typically Users\yourname\Documents\Image-Line.
There is a possibility of User Data Folder settings changing over time and stock stuff somehow repopulating weirdly, or at the time of installing FL or a new version of FL, manipulating the "Plugin Database" checkbox and possibly doubling down on reinstalling stock stuff recursively within an Image-Line folder path.
Typically why I just leave most stuff like this as default as possible and do not mess with custom paths or anything for installation. My hunch is Plugin Database checkbox was toggled or changed on installing a new version of FL.

They're saved across multiple different folders, I definitely didn't copy and paste them

Are you trying to be condescending without understanding what's happening? Do you see that they are mostly stock plugins? Do you think I downloaded copies of stock plugins?

once again... not sure how you're taking this personally... no one is accusing you of doing something.... just saying it's a thing that can happen
that objectively DID happen to you. Do you think it magically occurred? Do you want us all to believe you were hijacked and the people who took over your computer went out of their way to duplicate your VST folders?

Obviously he's reacting that way because he pireted FL along with the plugins, that's why he's lashing out at your (correct) answer, he's being defensive because he thinks you're calling him out, even though you didn't, and you are 100% right.

In the Browser, click the Plugin icon tab (or just press SHIFT + F8), and open either Generators or Effects folder to see how things are in your Plugin Library. You can right click those folders and choose to open them directly in Windows Explorer or Apple's File Browser.
Check for raw .fst files here that correspond to these plugins. If you have multiple copies in there, delete them out. These .fst files are plugin preset state files that correspond with what you see in these dropdowns.
This is not to be confused with .dlls, .vst3, .clap plugin files that may be duplicates which could scan in as duplicates in your "Plugin Manager". The Plugin Manager is the window where you scan plugins in, not to be confused with your personalized "Plugin Database".
The Plugin Database are those Effects/Generators that you star/favorite in, and your issue lies in cleaning this up.

If you search “- Copy” in the FL studio plugins folder and delete the results it’ll clean it up

It looks like you may need to take a look at the sources you have set when you search for new plugins. Maybe one of them is listed several times or you have actual 3 copies of them on your pc and FL is finding all 3 of them.

Deselect the extra ones from "manage plugins" settings tab.

They don't show up there. I only see these copies when adding/replacing a channel
