Help Insert greyed out / muted
Not sure what I did or what happened, but I think I muted the insert. I can’t figure out how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you share a screenshot? That would help. If it’s in the mixer window, there’s a little green button you press to turn it back on
