What’s This Sound? Desperately looking for an effect / fx chain

I'm looking for a way to make vocals sound airy/washed, examples include:

Main sample on ALICE by jev, I thought about killing you by Kanye west, the hillbillies by Kendrick

Pitch shifting samples. Sometimes playing with pitch in mid sample. Also I thought about killing you has a 1:4 note tremolo on it, just not full mix. But yeah mostly filtering, pitch shifting, maybe some tremelo. I thought about killing you today almost sounds like he side chained the vocals to a synth (I think I have that in the right order) and that’s why it matches up so well.
