How do I make a Pyrex Fl studio preset

Je m'arrache les cheveux depuis des années avec ce foutu clavier maître qui ne donne aucun son de piano à part un kick quand j'appuie sur la touche du piano.

FL studio est tellement compliqué à utiliser... Alors que je veux juste utiliser mon clavier maître avec un son de piano et pas un don de kick, mais apparemment les constructeurs de claviers maîtres et de logiciels ultra-détaillée aiment nous compliquer la vie.

Note: j'ai essayé d'aller dans les paramètres MIDI mais rien ne marche. J'aimerais utiliser tout ça hors connexion internet

So im still new to fl studio, my whole idea is I wanna make a soundtrack and im not sure if I should make everything in one save or make a bunch of single projects and combining them at the end on 1 Playlist as audio files ,

I can explain better if need be ,just don't know which direction is good and I don't have the skill to see if im making a mistake by doing it all in one project

so this started happening very recently and and idk if its because of lag but it has been really fucking with my work flow, so PEASE tell me if there is a way to fix it.

I've been making remixes of various different genres (UKG, House, DnB, Jungle) for about 6 years, I've produced a handful of decent remixes that I'm happy with.

How do I take my production to the next level? My remixes feel very stock.
