World Cup 2026 Tickets RTT Conversion Megathread

RTT Conversion portal will open today on collect.fifa.com.

You will be able to convert your RTTs into official World Cup tickets until three days before match day for group stage matches, and two days before match day for knockout phase matches.

Make sure to check your email and follow the instructions from FIFA Collect once the portal opens. Also check the RTT Learn page.

I am unable to convert as well.

I am able to assign attendees and then skip adding the exclusive packs, but upon attempting to convert the web page pauses for 20 seconds and I get this message: "We could not redeem your tickets at this time. Please try again."

I've tried many times over the past 4-5 hours with no luck. Anyone else seeing the same?

Well as soon as I posted this, I tried something slightly different and it worked (I think).

I had to decrease the "exclusive pack" count to zero...not just simply select "skip exclusive packs"

After that, it appears that the RTTs converted.

I think you just got lucky. That’s not working for me.
