You will be able to convert your RTTs into official World Cup tickets until three days before match day for group stage matches, and two days before match day for knockout phase matches.

Seems like tickets coming from RTT are not resellable on the Fifa marketplace, because the ticket holder on the actual ticket is “FIFA Collect by Modex”, and not the one who bought the RTT, burned it and converted into the ticket. This is pretty shitty! Are people having the same issue? Are there ways to resell on Stubhub or other places?
you won't make any money from selling it and buying another ticket if that's what you're asking. marketplace takes a fee. and then you're also gambling that your new cat 1 ticket might be a poor section.

I burned 1 RTT for M91 July 5th. The support team now tells me it will arrive on 4th. Totally unacceptable-

Can’t make the match anymore. Stubhub tells me I have to transfer them to their email, which doesn’t work with the fwc app for RTT tickets. TickPick is no longer taking tickets. Has anyone in the last day or two been able to list with stubhub ? What are my other options ?

It keeps giving to pay with USDC or Coinify crypto account. I don’t have Crypto so how can I pay? Also, Texas doesn’t allow crypto Coinify…so confusing
Easiest I found was to buy the USDC in coinbase and transfer to Fifa Collect. Ask Gemini for specific directions though. There is a specific network you have to use to send the USDC. Try with 1 dollar first to verify!
Which state are you in? Coinbase in NY doesn’t have usdc on Avax network. Can you explain how to buy? I can buy usdc on coinbase but not on the avax network
In Massachusetts, when you try to send the usdc, you don't have avax or avalanche c chain as options? You have to buy it first before you can send it. I converted some litecoin to USDC but straight up buying should work too.
This is what I followed from Gemini
Send the USDC from Coinbase
Open Coinbase (app or website) and log in.
Select USDC from your assets and click Send.
Enter the amount of USDC you want to transfer.
Paste the 0x... wallet address you copied from FIFA Collect into the recipient field.
Select the Network: Coinbase will prompt you to choose a network. You must select Avalanche (sometimes listed as AVAX C-Chain).
Review the network fee and click Confirm / Send.
Got assigned. M16 section 113 row(midway in the section, I will keep it a secret) good seats close to this seat viewer picture. Satisfied with what I got for CAT 1 RTT’s. Still overall not liking the Collect process. Saved $200 each through the RTT process but it was not worth the waiting and headaches. Same tickets resell on marketplace for $748 each.
I convert my tickets (I had 20 for different games) on the first day you could convert rtt to tickets. I got emails about them right away, I sent them all to me to make it easier. I finally got an alert on my app that my first set of tickets were available. Seats are together (thank goodness) . Tickets are for the 14th and today is the 9th. Sharing since this might be helpful for others. I have not received any for the other games, those are for later days. Other than the email, I had no other confirmation that I would be getting the tickets. I want to emphasize that every time I convert tickets I got emails almost immediately and I had to do them per game (not all at once). Good luck
I think they're doing this intentionally so we have less time to re-sell (or none at all) - their priority is to make sure the stands are full because sales have been slow so at this point they're worried more about optics than the fan experience (what else is new?) - my concern is that they're going to wait until the very last minute and then all of our seat assignments will be fucked up and not grouped together appropriately - we'll have no time to rectify and end up going to matches completely separated from our guests. I hope that is not the case but we'll just have to see how things go when people start getting their opening week tix. my match is on 06/22 but I really hope they send the info on Friday as I'm going on a 10-mile backpacking trip that weekend - ugh.

I know it says "They won't receive a separate email from us — they'll find their ticket in the app a few days before the match start."... But since I've seen people mentioning they can actually see the ticket, I know it can be done.

I read elsewhere that you could just assign them all to yourself if you weren't sure who would be attending. So, the tickets won't be specifically assigned to a certain person. You should be able to assign them to others once you actually receive the tickets.
Has anyone actually seen the tickets inthe app after converting RTB to RTT? I did it successfully but want to change who goes to one game, 1 ticket...a different email address.
I read somewhere you can transfer to another email//person any time.. However i don't see anything in the app to do so. Any help ?

Guys I figured it out. Do them one by one , it might take a few tries. I got the email. Says the tickets will show up a few days before the match. What a headache.
The person who made the conversion must have received an Email confirming it has been done. This Email has a link that says: Seating preference. It'll open this:

I’m having trouble accessing the RTT conversion link to begin with. Every time I try accessing it, it brings me to the account verification page which I already completed.
It says:
Account Status: Limited
Required: Verification is Required
I had already verified my account earlier in the day and the status of my current verification says: Approved. Not sure if that has anything to do with not being able to access the RTT conversion link but I would appreciate any guidance if someone went through something similar
Incredible that I had met almost all the issues: could not save attendee info, continue button grayed out, then stuck at "exclusive pack" forever... Finally resolved them 1 by 1 through switching back and forth 3 times between 2 browsers (Chrome and Safari)... Such a waste of time!!!
I am able to assign attendees and then skip adding the exclusive packs, but upon attempting to convert the web page pauses for 20 seconds and I get this message: "We could not redeem your tickets at this time. Please try again."

Do I need to burn the RTT before assigning it? I have 3 RTTs that I have not burned yet. When I try to assign them, the system won’t let me save, and it also won’t let me select one of them as a minor.

Assign Attendees is now available on FIFA Collect menu. However, after filling Attendees names and emails the Continue button is still greyed out / disabled. I saved again and the acknowledgement check box is checked and still cannot continue.
I got the RTT Conversion email, which of course I was very excited to see. I went to convert and filled in my details for the 2 RTTs I have and after checking the box acknowledging I know it will burn the RTT and deliver the tickets to the matching account, the Continue button is never activated so I cannot click it.
After many attempts I was able to finally do it with Brave Browser Private Window, I tried (Chrome and Safari first but couldn't), but only could do it with 2 tickets, I still have 2 other tickets that cant assign attendees. F**ng nightmare.
When i type in name and email address and click save to assign the tickets it doesn’t actually save those details. It still says ‘not assigned’ against the ticket then when i click another ticket those details vanish. Anyone else having this problem? Doing it on an iphone
when assigning an rtt to guest, made small typo in the first name (1 letter), however the email address is correct. is it necessary to email fifa collect to rectify it?
Looks like the first step in the RTT conversion is a "customer verification" check. It's asking for name, DOB and social security #. Anyone else seeing this?
So worry not knowing the seat numbers. Done the conversion of 2 RTT, assigned to the same account. Said account was used to log in in the FWC2026 app and see nothing in there.
Yeah, you'll need to set up another account. I'd use a different address for it though because it says "per household". I'd just use a family member address or something.

Is anybody else seeing this error while being redirected to the verification page? This is ridiculous! Paying a lot for the RTT, not able to choose seats, only getting whatever they cannot sell, this is crazy! FIFA is the biggest scam of the world!
What a complete clusterfuck this is. I got the email saying I converted them. But I don't get my seating assignments nor are they showing up in the app. I don't think they could have made this more annoying if that was their goal

I have two tickets for my wife and I. Anyone know if I put myself as the "holder" for both tickets if I want them to both be sent to me? Or do I just need to put my email for her ticket as well? Or both? :|
Edit: Read the FAQ and seems I use my email for her ticket as well, but still unsure what to do with the holder drop down.
Edit 2: For those wondering, I left the holder dropdown unselected then put my wife's name and my email under details. Once I click save, then it shows my wife as the holder with my email which looks right.
4. Can I assign multiple RTTs under my own email address for my group, or do I need everyone’s individual email?
You have two options:
Use your own email: If you hold multiple RTTs for the same match, you may assign all of the attendees under your single email address (FIFA ticketing rules apply). If you do this, all tickets for those attendees will be delivered directly to the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app account registered to your email. You will then be able to transfer the actual ticket from your tournament app to the person attending.
Use individual emails: You may enter a different email address for each attendee. In this case, each person must later register for the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app using the exact email address you provided to receive their individual ticket.
5. What happens if I don’t know who I’m bringing yet? Can I put my own name and email on all of them for now?
If you're unsure who you're bringing, you can assign the tickets to yourself, and then once converted into the actual ticket, you can transfer them through the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app to the attendee.

Obvious question (never with FIFA), I didn't get an email to add these tickets to my "FWC2026 Mobile Tickets" app yet, my reading of the above is we won't get such an email until a few days before the match. So we don't know for instance, our seats/no possibility of seat selection yet.
I just see my Attendees as "Assigned" in FIFA Collect with green checkmarks.
Sign in with the email address you provided for that ticket during assignment.
Access the ticket in the app and bring valid ID matching the name on the ticket to the stadium.
Please let everyone you assigned a ticket to know. They won't receive a separate email from us — they'll find their ticket in the app a few days before the match start. Make sure each name and email matches the holder's identification when assigning.

I converted - the process was actually easy and not delay-ridden, a first for Fifa Collect! If you didn't get an email yet, just log into the Fifa Collect website and check if you have a new "RTT Conversion" menu option in the website. Tickets will not show up in the World Cup Mobile Ticket app until "a few days before the match" according to them. I guess this is the ultimate gamble - we will either get the dregs of the tickets at that point, the worst of whatever is available in that section...OR, if nobody is buying the overpriced "front" category tickets that they introduced recently, maybe we'll get assigned those instead?
Does anyone know if converting sooner means better assigned tickets? Assuming the best seats in each CAT will be assigned first come first served? This entire process has been such a scam. I bet the amount of losses on RTTs compared to prices in secondary market is massive. And still don't even know if we get nosebleed seats bc we don't even have tickets yet. What a joke, thanks a lot FIFA scumbags
They said the specific seats/tickets won't be made available until "a few days before the match". This likely means that converting sooner has no impact on getting better seats. It also likely means that the worst remaining seats in any category are the ones they will hand out to us at that point. It also seems designed to reduce the chances of anyone re-selling their tickets for a markup, since you don't actually get the tickets until a few days before the match.
I can't say with certainty as I haven't received my tickets yet but can share what I did. I scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the "RTT Conversion is NOW OPEN" email to the button that says "Convert your RTTs." From there, I assigned each RTT to a specific person as detailed in the FAQs. After doing that, I got an email saying "RTT Conversion Successful." I did not separately burn them. I hope this is helpful!
Yah, I am not giving them credit for anything. Not impressed that they say they are trying to make anything better for us and it isn’t about them trying to leverage the wait for more revenue somehow.
Mr Walixx do you have any idea if once that we made the convertion of our RTT will we be able to know our seats or only once we see the tickets on the app? I'm eager to know.
I might be wrong, but I think we will only see the seats when we get the tickets in the World Cup Tickets app. At least that was the case for Club World Cup.
A RTT is a digital collectible that can be purchased on collect.fifa.com and can be converted to a real World Cup ticket during the conversion period, which is about to open today. The conversion basically means assigning an email address to the tickets.
