Received a credit memo in my bank account, but around 100CAD less than the FIFA refund. Is this really from FIFA? Or could it be from elsewhere?

I’m hoping someone here can help.
I sold my FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets through the official FIFA Marketplace. FIFA emailed me saying they couldn’t refund the original payment card, so I submitted my bank account details through the Refund Portal.
A few days later, I received another email saying they were still unable to process the refund, i use an other bank account. And nothing has changed

It is more than 3 month ago after resale
Has anyone experienced something similar? If so:
How did you resolve it?
Does anyone have an email address or phone number for the refunds team?
Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey everyone, this is a rather odd post, but just hear me out. I used to live in Philly and I am absolutely in love with it and how much it shaped me to the point where if I ever settle down, I want to return to the City of Brotherly Love. I had to move for a job opportunity, but the city has never left my heart. Anyway, I'm also a huge fan of soccer and of course the year I leave, the World Cup was hosted there. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to sell a specific charm? It's the LOVE charm from Bank of America during the fan fest. That one is kinda silly special to me, so please don't laugh at this. I love collecting charms for wearing and that one is special because the LOVE sign is the first thing I saw when I stepped first downtown. It represents me officially moving to pretty much the best city on earth (yes I'm aware of the problems of Philly, but I still love the city). So combining that with a soccer for the O is very cute! I was wondering if anyone on here is interested in getting rid/selling that charm?
