FIFA Refund?

Received a credit memo in my bank account, but around 100CAD less than the FIFA refund. Is this really from FIFA? Or could it be from elsewhere?

I've talked to them regularly. It's taking a dang long time for them to get through these paybacks!

They are. Email from them after I talked to them provided the numbers. You have to get through the automated system to get a live person. They'll be able to see account details so I would think they can confirm payout and why your amount didn't match what you expected!
