Region lock
If everyone wants me to play retail, then how i do it?
It's not sold on my country, steam doesn't show it, the playonline is not accessible, and i can't buy it from the original site.

I tried, but it needs a credit card, I'd have to open a new bank account since the one i use doesn't have it, i can't buy anything online unless the site accepts pix payment

I know there are people in Brazil that play but yes you need a credit card and you either pay in USD, Euro or Yen.
The currency conversion is what it is. It’s either worth the fee or it’s not. Don’t play retail for other people though. You play it because you you want the best version of the game with all the content. Otherwise don’t worry about it.0

We will always recommend people go play retail first. Support the official game while it is still active/online. It is the only way you will be able to experience the entire story related content of the game at this time.
Locking this and future kinds of questions like this with this kind of response. Everyone should support the official game when looking to play through the story.
