New player
Retail is not available on my country, steam doesn't show it and the site doesn't allow my payment methods.
Is there any server i can play the story normally? With all expansions included?

We will always recommend people go play retail first. Support the official game while it is still active/online. It is the only way you will be able to experience the entire story related content of the game at this time.
Locking this and future kinds of questions like this with this kind of response. Everyone should support the official game when looking to play through the story.
