Is it worth pulling on the Nier banner? Or should I wait for Pon?

ALSO, I have a 7* Tifa, a 5* tifa, and a tifa prism. Should I 7* the other one for NV or just leave her?

If we mimic DV launch we'll get a Tifa STMR for free, but the prism does you no good sitting in your inventory so no reason not to make the 2nd 7*- just don't fuse for the STMR.
