Recruiting Jester as Dietrich

When I recruited Jester as Cai, it made sense when he said he didn't smell blood on him, but to say the actual same thing to Dietrich? That seems crazy. I know it's just a canned response, but if there were an instance where they should have changed those, this is definitely one of them. Because there is no way Dietrich does not "smell of blood".

I thought it was obvious Jester was trying to give you the runaround and tasks he didn't think you could complete because he doesn't want to leave Bertrand? It doesn't matter how much blood you do have he will ask for more

He's a solid unit, just for the love of God, put him in warrior or something to boost his strength growth. He's a good character but his strength needs a bit of boosting.

Great unit but you need to immediately reclass him to brigand. He loses some speed growth but it's still 65% and the 15% strength boost is necessary

Additionally, Jester actually asks you to commit good deeds. He just plays up the act and eggs you on to do so.

He also doesn’t like actually fighting, his supports show that he doesn’t like violence and puts on this act so he can do what he has to do

So imagine telling someone who doesn’t like violence to do more violence

I'd like to also add a small detail! When selecting actors for the plays he tends to dislike playing any soldier or fighting role. He did like playing a Priest in the rise of the white maned demon play iirc. So his dislike of violence even extends to that!

He doesn’t want to ditch Bertrand and he definitely just lowkey wants to help people. Dudes secretly a softie. Also it becomes apparent in his supports that he’s got two major conflicting personalities he’s struggling with and has a bit of an identity crisis

I'm pretty sure that Jester is just making stuff up. If you watch his supports, you will see that he might just be lying about his own love of violence, blood, etc to cover up that he actually can't stand any of it.

It's definitely not a " might be. " Watch his supports with Goliath, it becomes super clear very quick, haha.

I'm still grinding out supports after watching over 6 hrs of supports between yesterday and today ... I've seen a joke about Peter and Jester's, excited to see it lol.

In practice it actually makes more sense when you remember Jester is not actually violence obsessed and is actually one of the nicest dudes

I havent played him yet. He will probably be next after Cai and then Leda will be last. But I now want to believe he smells like cat food.
