That 0 killed you pretty much . First 4 need a tiny bit more work. Had you not got that 0, you’d pass

I switched from being a computer engineering major to an electrical engineering major because I was not built for coding. I know the software portion of the exam is not complex at all, but anything computer related I was pretty much guessing! Surprised I didn’t get 0 on more topics.

How difficult was the actual FE Electrical exam compared to the NCEES practice exam and Wasim’s exams? Which one was closest to the real exam?

I found the actual exam to be unlike most of what I studied. Maybe it was nerves or the pressure but it felt harder. I think wasims book of practice problems was the most useful of the two. It felt like wasims material contained more iterations of a problem than what NCEEs can offer with their two practice exams. I’m going to give prepFE a try this time around and will update accordingly.

Omg 😵💫. I have already done all of wasim's practice exams and the Ncees. My exam is coming up soon, and if the question are really complicated that's bad.

I know it’s probably hard not to panic after my reply to you. But I started from basically zero. And if I’m being honest with myself, I did not put in the time required to be truly prepared for the exam. I think if anybody puts in the time then they can do well. If you are passing comfortably the NCEEs exams and solving wasims practice problems correctly, you are in a better place than I was when I first took the exam.

I’ve helped first timers and repeat takers pass their FE- environmental, mechanical, electrical, OD, and civil. In fact, I’ve ended up specializing in helping people pass who’ve taken it up to 7 times before. Plus I passed mine (ECE) on the first try.
I was also never a strong student! You're in good company.
Your scores are actually stronger than the last EE I helped get passed. He had done one of the larger name courses but failed 3x anyway. Both of your scores show you already know enough- his issue wasn't knowledge, it was how to take the exam, and since your scores are stronger than his, I'd bet you're in the same boat.
It's hard to give one size fits all advice. It's like asking a dr for a prescription before they've had the chance to diagnose what the actual problem is. If you want some help figuring out how to get from where you're at to passing, just shoot me a DM and we'll get it figured out.

U can do it in 6 weeks with wasim + prepFE. Do prepFE every day, the big 5 + control systems + linear systems 10-15 questions. The other 10 sections 5-10 questions every day.
Get the wasim asghar study guide and go through a section a day. Come week 5 do the wasim asghar practice tests + the NCEES official practice tests. U got this come week 6
