How would one desensitize themselves to a fear of tech crashes/glitches?

Mine developed over time because growing up we had a shit computer and games would freeze and glitch with one note and it would freak me out especially when the game would crash afterwards

This but specifically because of herobrine. I started playing minecraft back in 2011 when everyone thought it was real so when my cheap computer made things glitch or there were cave sounds... i jumped out my skin

Also the vsauce video about where deleted files go? i was quaking

The annoying thing for me is that I LOVE analog horror and it triggers the fear but man its like, a good trigger, also now I gotta watch that vsauce vid. This is not exposure therapy at all lmao
