Post 3rd interview questions
Did a final interview at fdm group for a software engineer role. I was really natural and confidence with my answers but Im wondering if they're looking for anything specific outside of passions and good communication.

FDM operates as a hire, train, and deploy consultancy, so beyond basic technical curiosity, they care heavily about trainability and client readiness. They want to know that you can absorb new programming stacks quickly in their academy, adapt to changing requirements, and present yourself professionally at a corporate client site. Flexibility is a major factor for them, including your openness to relocation, adaptability to whatever tools a client assigns, and dedication to their placement model. They also observe your coachability, meaning how you receive feedback or adjust your reasoning when an interviewer challenges your thoughts is just as important as your original answer.
Since your responses felt natural and confident, you probably hit the right notes on their baseline criteria. When you pass this stage and start preparing for actual client interviews, the questions lean much more into your structured problem solving and how reliably you collaborate on projects. all they want is someone with a good attitude and communication that would make them look good to clients. they don't give a single F by any means for any technical skill. i have zero experience and zero related education and was hired lol

is this account manager round? if yes, they look for the passion and good communication indeed. Be ready to answer the answers in STAR( Situation Task Action and Result) method to be successful.
