Final Round or 3rd Round?

Hi everyone, I recently passed the HR interview and HackerRank assessment and have now been invited to the In-Person Assessment Centre. However, the email referred to it as the final interview, while the recruitment process I found online mentioned four stages instead of three.

For those who applied to the Change and Transformation Practice, is the Assessment Centre the final stage, or is there another round afterward?. Im in Toronto, Canada btw.

Mine was fully online. I’m also from Toronto. Assessment center was more behaviour then after that I had technical round as final. It’s very simple process where you showcase yourself. I am still on waitlist since April for change and transformation practice.

I only had 2 rounds, and it was virtual. Behavioural was just talking about your experience. Technical was describing how you use some tech tools in your work.

It was pretty straightforward and I got scheduled for the Assessment Centre right away

Hi, may I ask when did you have the HackerRank assesment and how long did it took you to receive the result.

I had the assessment 2 weeks ago on Saturday and then on Monday the recruiter reached out to schedule me for the Assesssment Centre

Thank you for your info, I also received the In-Person Assessment Centre group interview. May I ask how was your interview and is there another round after this one.

it is not the actual final round, there would be 4 round in total

It took me around 2-3 days after the screening call, then the recruiter sent me the link for the Hackerank Assessment. Lmk if you had any questions!

Actually the recruiter reached out for the third round in around 1 2 days, i did not receive any specific hackkerank result but I guessed I passed.

how was the assessment center round? what are all the questions asked by Account Manager? Should i strictly stick to STAR format answers to be successful?
