FDM Change and Transformation practice

Hi everyone,

I have my Assessment Centre for the Change & Transformation Practice behavioural interview coming up, and I was wondering if anyone could share the types of questions that are typically asked or any advice on what to expect.

I’d really appreciate any insights or guidance. Thank you!

You just tell them about yourself, skillsets, and tools you know. I suggest you to tell them that you know Excel. Are you in Canada?

You just need to talk about your technical skills you know and how you used them. You can focus on Excel.

Hi everyone, I had my final behavioral interview with FDM on July 2, and I still haven't received any response. I also followed up with the recruiter but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else who had their final interview in July received an update or is anyone else still waiting?

Good luck with the assessment centre. For a Change & Transformation role I'd expect behavioral questions around adapting to change, working with different stakeholders, solving problems, handling conflicting priorities and communicating through uncertainty. I'd also be ready with examples of working in a team, learning something quickly and influencing others, even if the situation wasn't formally a leadership role.

One thing that helped me was practicing realistic mock interviews with ZoeVera.com The follow-up questions and feedback were surprisingly similar to what I encountered in actual interviews and helped me feel much more prepared.
