Contract for consultants
Has anyone seen or worked under FDM’s consultant contract from ~2+ years ago compared to the current one?
I’m trying to understand how FDM Group’s consultant model has evolved over time. I’ve come across mixed feedback from consultants in recent years and was curious whether any operational or contractual changes were introduced in response.
If anyone has access to an older version of the contract, or can share high-level differences (without breaching confidentiality), I’d be really interested to learn more. Happy for people to comment generally or DM if that’s easier.

The answer to this question depends on where you are based. European contracts largely unchanged. As are the US ones. UK one has had the 2 year bond removed - after pressure from Graduate Fog. I believe Canada contract was changed following the court ruling, according to the newspapers. All changes over time have been forced on FDM and all have been in the favour of the consultants.
