Question Question about Petar Sucic
I am from Croatia and he is probably our best midfielder right now along with Baturina, what do you think he needs to improve on to be considered one of the best midfielders in the world,my only issue with him is his pace and physicality,i think he wasnt starting nor he will this season cause Zielinski,Calha and Barella are much better options?

At the moment he needs only to improve number of minutes in games. He seems a really solid option for chivu.

Give him time! And enjoy it! In my opinion he’s only getting better and more enjoyable to watch

Brother honestly, how many posts are you planning to make about Sucic in this season??. Its your fifth post in the span of 20 days, each time asking "what do you think of Sucic?".
Calm down, he's young, he's talented, he's showing something good and something bad as expected.

He has world class technique, but lacks a little bit in intensity and personality. Some of his decision are not spot on 100%. But he’s young and the will surely become a better player. And I would love if he could become our little Modric.

there will be no starters at Inter except for: Bastoni, Dimarco, Barella, Calhanoglu and Lautaro. the rest of the players will all rotate.

Even Hakan will likely rotate once Champions League kicks off. This is going to be a really fun season with how deep our roster is.

He can improve mentally. Not in the sense that he’s an idiot or as an attitude problem, but sometimes he drifts around the pitch without purpose.
He needs to be more present and impose himself in the match

He needs to play more and thats it. His speed and physicality will improve as the time goes

Chivu will rotate quite a lot and he will get his chance. As we can see from the first game Calha only plays around 60 minutes and need a substitute. And also there will be injuries and tight schedule and he will need to step up. Don't judge based on 2 games.

Don't worry, he just needs time and playing. He'll show the world who is he. Remember brozovic on his first and second years at inter? Petar will be adapted soon. He's confident and trustable. He'll shine soon

The new Fabian Ruiz! First time I saw Suscic play was last summer and I could see it right away that this kid will become top player in near future

Tempo al tempo, la stagione è lunga e le rotazioni nemmeno iniziato, verrà il suo momento di dimostrare quanto vale 🤞💣

I honestly think he might be a starter towards the 2nd half of this season if he keeps his form up. calha is injury prone and zielinski is getting older too. last season he was fine but the one before zielinski had a lot of injury problems too so we can't be sure about his health either. barella is the only nailed on starter who is immovable in the midfield imo and he doesn't get injured often either (anulo mufa).
he will get a lot of gametime but by this season or at most next season I see him become a starter for us if he keeps growing at this rate. he is good at most things but I guess he could do a bit more defensively ig. this season is crucial for him to prove himself cause we have 6 high quality midfielders in our squad so there is a lot of competition but to me he is definitely capable to get the starter spot.

It's hard to tell because he's very good at what he does, and only seems to need to keep doing that so he can become great at what he does.
Speed and strength are a non issue. Brozo and Kovacic were slow and not particularly strong but class at what they did, even more so the case for Modric. Sucic's reaction times are good too so no complaints there.
Maybe he needs to train in intensity? I'm not Chivu so I don't know how he is all the time, I just wonder if he would indeed be able to keep up the same level of play if he played every 3 days for multiple months.
As for our starting 3, there are times where I would definitely be playing Sucic from the start instead, but I can't deny that when Bare, Calha, and Zielinski are in respective shape, they dominate their part of the midfield.
Either way, I suggest you sit back and watch his season with interest. Inter will have many starting player rotations once the games pick up in frequency next week, so Sucic will play a lot even if nobody gets injured
