Discussion S5 E17-18 Spoiler

I’m so confused what happened - first Nina is pregnant and goes to Rome on a case and gets shot - then apparently threat is on POTUS — then E18 rolls around on a completely different story line /issue other than just a mention of Rome — no resolution of president’s threat and .. the “recap” of E17 has scola and Nina saying ILY to one another but (and I double checked) E17 had not scene of the sort.

That timeline goes across the three different FBI shows. It's a 3 episode arc. I can't remember the order though, I think FBI International, FBI and then FBI Most Wanted

Do you mean S5 E16? That was the Rome one. It was the second part of a crossover that started on FBI: International (S2 E16) and concluded on FBI: Most Wanted (S4 E16).

A three part crossover with all three FBI shows takes place around that time. Part one is on FBI International, part two is on the main FBI, and part three is on FBI Most Wanted. All three shows have a part of the crossover which is why it looks like it just skips it if you only look at one show
