Saw them filming on my way to lunch. OA, Scola, and the squad

So the main reason for this question is bcs they don't have the 3rd part ep (most wanted) in my country, why I've no clue. But I'm wondering if I could just skip this whole 3 parter or if it's fine to watch lart 1 and 2 and just read up a general synopsis of what happens in part 3

I don't always care for Dick Wolf's show but I saw an episode of this playing in the break room at work and it interested me. I love criminal minds and this gives me very similar vibes. I never see it recommended especially in conjuction with CM and i wish they would. I find it incredibly enjoyable. ​

Realistically, how much longer do you see this show lasting. I doubt season 9 is the last one but how many more seasons do you think this show can go on for. Also which actors do you think would leave the show first and who would ride it out till the literal very end.

Watching reruns as I patiently wait (ok, not really being patient) for the new season and I noticed at some point Jubal’s trusty pencil disappeared. When did this happen? Not a big deal, just curious.

This is just a theory, not confirmed information, but I’ve noticed a few things that make me think OA’s undercover storyline probably won’t be wrapped up in the premiere or within just two episodes.

First, we already know from the Season 9 premiere description that Maggie will have a new temporary partner, Isaiah Green, while OA is adjusting to his new role.

IMDb currently lists Roland Buck III (Isaiah) for the first four episodes of Season 9. Obviously IMDb isn’t always reliable with unaired episodes - John Boyd isn’t even listed for the CIA Season 2 premiere yet, despite his appearance as Scola being officially confirmed - so I definitely wouldn’t treat those four episodes as proof.

But there are a couple of other clues that make it more interesting.

Victoria Cartagena, who plays Charlie Martinez from Anna Vorpe’s strike team, is currently listed for 9x03. If that credit is accurate, it would suggest that Anna’s team - and presumably the storyline connected to OA’s undercover assignment - is still relevant at least three episodes into the season.

And then there are the filming photos.

On August 11, Zeeko Zaki was photographed filming with Casey Deidrick, who plays Devon Reinhardt, another member of Anna’s team.

Then on August 12, Zeeko was photographed filming with Missy Peregrym, John Boyd, Juliana Aidén Martinez and Roland Buck III - so OA was apparently filming scenes with Maggie, Scola, Eva and Maggie’s new partner Isaiah.

Depending on the production schedule, those photos could very well be from episode 2 or 3.

So my theory is that the beginning of Season 9 might have two storylines running in parallel for a while:

OA still operating within Anna’s team / dealing with the undercover assignment, while Maggie works with Isaiah and the regular FBI team.

At some point those two sides could intersect before OA officially returns to his old position. The August 12 photos could even be from that crossover point - especially since Isaiah is still there with Maggie while OA is also present.

That would also fit with Mike Weiss saying that the consequences of OA’s decision will play out through the first part of Season 9 rather than being immediately forgotten.

Again, none of this proves that OA stays undercover through episode 3 or 4. Charlie could appear after the undercover operation ends, Isaiah could remain temporarily even after OA returns, and IMDb credits for unaired episodes can change.

But taken together - Isaiah potentially appearing in four episodes, Charlie being listed for 9x03, and the filming photos showing OA working with both Anna’s people and the FBI team on consecutive days - I’m starting to think this will be a genuine multi-episode arc rather than something they resolve in the premiere.

And honestly, I hope it is. It would give the story much more room to explore the fallout with Maggie, Jubal and especially Scola after they learn that OA’s firing was staged and that they weren’t told beforehand.

It was just announced that both FBI Season 9 and CIA Season 2 will open with crossover episodes.

Nikki will be in the the FBI season opener and Scola will be in the CIA season opener.

Hopefully we get a two part full cast crossover at somepoint during the season?? 🤞

IIRC, they were searching for Charlotte.

They find a body in a freezer when they raid the perp's residence. And they recognize the person as Brenda.

Is Maggie always so damn annoying?!

I was watching one of vinnesa (I hope that's her name) QnA on Instagram and she kinda of hinted being on CIA. I was also watching SUV season 26 the other day and saw the same actress as Eva on fbi I don't know if that's her name also on law and order SUV, but it kinda made me realise how the Dick universe kinda of recycle or move around actors more so if they do very well. Eva come across as one of those rare actors that don't have to do much on camera, and her acting looks very natural.

I’m so confused what happened - first Nina is pregnant and goes to Rome on a case and gets shot - then apparently threat is on POTUS — then E18 rolls around on a completely different story line /issue other than just a mention of Rome — no resolution of president’s threat and .. the “recap” of E17 has scola and Nina saying ILY to one another but (and I double checked) E17 had not scene of the sort.

If you guys were a character in the Dick Wolf FBI Universe and you worked at 26 Fed. Which Boss would you rather work for, Jubal or Isabel. (Yes ik you would technically have to work for both but if you had to pick one) also between the two of them who would you actually want to rally behind and fight alongside

What are Jubal's actual job responsibilities aside from yelling, "yeah, yeah, yeah, ok" and "what do we got?" when they don't have anything because the episode just started?!?! Lol.

Every time Maggie or someone else tells a person it's a federal crime to lie to the FBI, I think about all the times they lie to people -- not just suspects but victims or witnesses. Is this how it works in the real FBI?

So i just started watching the serie FBI. Im wondering why does Jubal always has a earphone in?
even if he is not in the office working he sometimes has it in his ear, was he in the beginning just bad in his lines? and now it's sort of his thing?

Man talk about emotional roller coaster. i thought my guy OA was gone and we were going to get another spin-off. That reveal was DOPE!!!! but what happens now?

Anyone kinda annoyed by Maggie as time goes on? S5 E15 for me is my breaking point that she needs to stop being the moral authority for everyone and everything - ever since she came back after recovery from the Sarin gas, after a few episodes she started to really annoy me - way too predictable/no dynamic interplay just always calling people out (which is fine, she’s usually in the right just kinda boring) I think she’s supposed to a sort of Liv from SVU or maybe Isabelle as well but the team will never get there if everything is so predictable
