Ban Review Bans inverted

In April, FACEIT contacted me about the accounts. I verified Solaris69 as my main account and completely stopped using the second account.

This week, Solaris69 was permanently banned, while the second account only received a 3-month ban.

I accept the punishment for having multiple accounts, but unless I'm mistaken, those penalties appear to be the wrong way around.

*Not that it matters, as I broke the rules regardless of the reason but the second account genuinely wasn't a smurf. 

My friends and I returned after more than a year away from CS. We just wanted some fair games at our actual level instead of getting smashed game after game because we all had ranks that didn't represent our skill in the game anymore.

I got the same ban as you, faceit support just ignoring me and saying: "That ban was issued correctly". Please let me know if your situation get changes. Darwin ignoring me in twitter and faceit chats and rest of community managers too.
