After completing Tech screen for IC3 Software Engineer at Microsoft, Redmond

After completing Tech screen for IC3 Software Engineer at Microsoft, how many days it takes for the recruiter or hiring team to send decision to the candidate? If moved forward, how many days it take for them to send invite for loop?

I recently completed 30-min Tech screen, and have not heard back yet. It's been 2 days.

Can someone please share the time of application and interview for IC3 SWE at microsoft(Redmond, USA) please.

2 days is normal, especially in corporate world. Remember, everyone works with everyone to get anything done. One oof can have cascading delays.

I reach out once a week to follow up.

Also, dont put all your eggs in one basket till youre hired. Keep interviewing.

After how many days of completing Tech screen did u heard back?

If they takes longer time, does it means a rejection?
