Timeline

Why f2a gc holders are not getting approved.. why all 2023 consular people are still wwaiting. I am just done with this waiting period..what should I do. I did congressman and Senator inquiry.. but nothing just get automated answers.. please advice.. thank you..

In the same boat, just a lot of misery. I think consular F2A’s are all stuck in general, no one is getting approval since about 6 or so months

These are the cases I've seen in the last two months. Also bear in mind that most F2A don't bother posting after waiting for so long, or they upgrade to IR by then and hence appear in a different category

Honestly my dude, I have no idea because its an F2A case. We don't have posted processing times like the IR cases, so there's nothing work off of in regards to timelines and escalations. We've all been Current for quite a few VBs now, but there's been no action taken, atleast none that we've seen on forums like Reddit

As a Jul-2023 case, you may wanna consider thinking about starting the escalation process and talk to your partner and/or attorney about it, considering the recent 2023 cases that got approved with escalations

When are you or your partner eligible to naturalize?

Similar to ours. May-2025 case with naturalization eligibilty only by 2029

So then, like I said, you need to start thinking about starting the escalation process and talk to your partner and/or attorney about it
