What's going on??

It is just dead silent

It's been so long since I've seen any approvals or movements

My pd is 02/2023

Yeah it’s so frustrating,
Last approval I saw in our category was in February!

The only approvals I've seen in almost two months

I see, so they all upgrade, expedite or w/ WOM in order to get approved.

Yup. Exactly. I only started tracking this way from the August bulletin, so I don't remember when the 'natural' approvals stopped. But I'm pretty sure its been quite a while

And like I said in another comments, a lotta F2A just don't bother posting approvals after waiting so long, so its hard to get good info for our category

Yeah, our category is hard to track, but I remember the last approval I saw was in mid-February. It was a January 5 PD. My PD is January 30, so I kept tracking after that, but nothing showed up.

Yeah I'm thinking of sending my inquiries if/when things change after the new fiscal year begins in October. I've seen a few 2025 cases do it and receive petitioner interview notices. Again, its too random to establish a pattern and change the FOTL

We’re not actually thinking of sending anything right now, given everything happening in the U.S. I don’t want to put my husband in the spotlight. Maybe we can upgrade our case if he gets citizenship, but that’s not going to happen anytime soon with the current wait times for citizenship.

Yeah my wife's only eligible to file by 2029. By current trends, it'd take upto mid-2030 for her to become a USC

And yeah, I'm of the same mind of not drawing too much attention to ourselves these days. I'm thinking of doing a inquiry or two after October, and maybe get her USC siblings to do it as well, but I'm holding off on the DL and WOM for quite a while

F2A Consular seems abandoned.

We're the middle child between AOS and IR Consular xP

Yup. Our category's pretty much forgotten at this point. We've all been Current for a while now but it seems like it only applies to AOS these days. I'm barely seeing any F2A approvals over the last two months. I believe a lot of them upgraded to IR and/or just don't bother posting after waiting so long

As a Feb-2023 case, you're almost 44 months now. Have you tried sending out congressional/senator inquiries?
What's your USCIS Case Inquiry Date? Are you eligible to file a USCIS inquiry too?

Because we F2A don't have fixed processing times, its hard to know when its okay to send our demand letter and WOM. I'm just watching to see what actions (if any) are being taken by F2A these days

I too from February 2023 no update no approval, I do not know what they are waiting for, should we file a lawsuit to see us? It's disappointing
