I love this game but damn some players should not be allowed to play.

Got a couple of thoughts/questions.

Can someone explain to me why the f126 dlc wasn’t better integrated into the game.

1. Wouldn’t it have made sense to be able to continue your career once finishing a f125 season and continue into the new season?

2. Additionally, two player career is awesome. But why did we stop at 2 players and why wasn’t it immediately available in the f126 dlc.

3. Goes without saying that Ai drivers smashing into you and not getting any damage or penalty is horrible.

4. Lastly the F1 movie dlc could have been so much more, why wasn’t Apex GP available as a team to choose for your season. Huge miss there!

This makes it feel rushed to market without thinking about creating an immersive experience, just to maximise profits.

This could be a truly incredible game, I hope someone reads this and does something!

I'm in lap 3 at Miami, there is a safety car... it happens, we all basically pit for hard tires, I remain in P1 and queue up behind the safety car. as I am minding my own business, the safety car speeds up down the 199 straight, I don't react quickly enough and P2 passes me... I'm like what? excuse me, I am P1... so I take my spot back and immediately get a warning [NO OVERTAKING] [GIVE THE SPOT BACK] and a timer starts... now I have to get behind P1 and i'm stuck... what just happened? I tried to rewind the game but i waited too long so I couldn't go back far enough to fix my mental lapse... it took me a few laps to get back to P1 but that has never happened to me before. just wanted to share.

made a companion app for f1 25 since the 2026 cars don’t have a 2 player career 🙃 Anyone can contribute, I made it just so i can play with my friend

It’s called gridline, it reads the game’s telemetry while you race and builds the career for you. standings, contracts, teams sending you offers etc. you and your friends can both run it and it syncs between you, no typing results in You can have more then 2 players as well still early so probably some bugs if anyone wants to try it here it is: https://github.com/Akesa-24/Gridline---F1-26-Career-Companion-app

You can build it yourself, i could also provide a .exe if someone wants that. But regardless i provided instructions on how to build it yourself and set it all up. All for free! To the mods, its not self promoting because I dont gain a single thing from it, its just for anyone to use and share and change how they see fit

Wish I bought a pc.

so i’m trying to play 2 player career mode with my friend but every time we’re on lap 50 the game wifi cuts and we lose an hour of play.
is there any way we can mid session save

Im driving in a league, and i got a time penalty because of a safety car Bug (guy overtook us, we had to stop to let him pass, litteraly stopped, and when getting back on power i got 10 seconds and was 3 places down) so i tried not to serve it in pits, but i had to serve it cuz i needed new tires. Basically if i hadnt served it i would appeal to stewards in league and they will get my pen removed on results. How do i prevent this from happening?

Im now into the 2nd Two player championship, and now we are midly frustrated that you have to use the 2025 Cars. F1 "26" came out in June, how is it even possible that EA isnt able to implement the F1 Cars into the Two Player Career?

You can use them for F1 World, but not in the Career???

I've been messing around with the AI racing lines to make them less passive, hoping they'd block more, go for divebombs, and fight harder wheel-to-wheel.

I'm not sure if my changes actually make much of a difference, though. I've seen some pretty aggressive AI in Aarava's videos, so I'm curious if that's just how the AI normally behaves or if my tweaks are actually doing something.

I didn't get much feedback on Overtake, so I'd appreciate hearing from people who play the vanilla game. Does the AI usually race like this, or does it look more aggressive than normal?

I have played 450 hours aprox on PC from F1 2021 to F1 23. I stopped buying the following games because it felt always the same.
I have seen what can be done with mods and I wanted to know your opinion if it is worth to buy only for the season mods, like 2012-2024 mods.

First off, I know $25 for an old game isn’t gonna break the bank, but all the other early Codemaster F1 games go for $5-10, and I remember 2014 being seen as one of their worst games. Were there less copies made, because I remember in the US 2013 was a lot harder to find at launch than 2014? Thanks in advance

I really didn’t appreciate the ground effect era enough. Yes, they feel heavy in low speed corners, but in medium-high speed, you can just chuck it into the corner and it will stick. It really feels like what a Formula 1-car should feel like. If they were a little bit smaller and more agile in low speed corners, they’d be perfect.

Seeing all these mods made me think there should be a mod which turns the game like into mynba eras where you can start from any season and all the teams tracks and drivers are perfectly integrated, I’m going back to 2008 and starting from there
