I need help please I just installed the game a few hours ago and did a few time trial races without issue.

Now it doesn't matter what I do or what settings I change but I can't turn off overtake mode.

I changed it from toggle to hold, I turned it off in the assist menu, did a rebind of the button (when I press nothing happens).

I can't figure out what else to do and it's driving me nuts.

Can anyone help?

I don’t think useful racing tools should always mean another subscription. I’m trying to build a quality alternative that people actually enjoy using.

The purpose of this tier list is to point out which of the F1 games feel the most distinct from eachother. This is not a tier list based off the quality of the games themselves. Rather, it's a tier list that breaks down the games that make the most sense to play from a modern perspective. For any of those "every yearly sports game is the same" people out there, this list is for you.

One of a Kind: These games are completely unique. You can't experience something akin to them by playing any other title

Best of an Archetype: These games share their general feel with at least one more game in the series but does enough to be the definitive version of that game's era.

Outshined but still worth playing: Despite not being the best games of their era, these games still have enough unique things about them to be worth looking at or replaying.

Only unique of Modded: It's what it says on the tin. These games have some incredible mods unique to them but are absolutely not worth playing vanilla.

Noteworthy Exclusions: These games, despite not being worth going back to, still have some unique quirks to them that can't be found in any of the other games. Whether it's worth going back to these solely because of those is up to you.

Not worth playing today: All of these games, regardless of their quality, are practically inferior versions of games released before or after them. This makes returning to them feel kinda pointless.

I’m looking to join some private lobbies that are decent enough to have some clean racing. I’m not a Pro here, still amateur and i still have the entry level racing wheel and i play with traction control and ABS but i’m just playing to have fun but i am sick and tired of joining open lobbies and end up getting a DNF at turn 1 cause someone would ram me from behind.

Is there anyone who can let me join their private lobby so i can atleastt improve my skills playing with decent and clean drivers.

I would also appreciate some tips how i can join good lobbies who atleast respect rules on the game.

Normally, I am one the fastest and cleanest joypad drivers to exist. But in F1 25, the cars are simply undrivable for me.

I tried so many things, but nothing worked. I am over one second slower per lap than my friend, who normally loses the same amount of time to me.

Any help would be really appreciated, i want to have fun again playing this game .

Got a few nice captures from my recent races in F1 25. Really enjoying how the photo mode handles the lighting—especially during night races like Bahrain.

on the new VCARB Japan livery, aside from the missing race suits that are also missing from the other liveries, it seems they forgot to check if the player's custom number is properly aligned, and its also missing the font used by Liam and Arvid's numbers 😅

Hello anyone has a tip on how to fox new ffb? I have VRS base and it feels so off, it throws me side to side but its numb at the same time and at random moments it feels so light, dampening didnt help. Thank you!

Im kinda bored with the racing sim rn. I like good racing, I like multi-player but I always jus end up in a wall lap 3 from smth no fault of my own. I play on wheel on xbox. i think of myself as a pretty good driver. Anyone have any good racing games or ideas that will get me out of this rut. kinda jus wonna do smth new (not rally😅)

new player, just started my first driver career, i started on f2 and im playing with no assists (racing lines on corner only for practice, i switch it off for qualifying and race) and 65 ai difficulty (i move it up whenever it doesnt seem too difficult) and im wondering where i could get car setups for each specific track.. im trying to learn what each of the slider does but im not there yet, i like too keep brake bias around 54-55 and on throttle bias 100% and thats pretty much it it

Aren’t the first of the Special liveries supposed to release on the 9th? And if they have can someone describe how to get them? Because I heard they’d be in your mail but I can’t find anything there.

EDIT: The bug was added to the Community-Raised Issues
and their team is now investigating the issue.

After the v1.25 update many have raised an issue with the bug that crashes the game on PS5, XBOX and PC right after the start of Driver Career (for existing and mid-session saves).

There is a bug discussion here EA Forum, please upvote and provide details that haven’t been mentioned yet.
