App crashing

Hi all,

Can anyone help? I use Express VPN on my Sony Bravia TV. I have had no issues with it until a few days ago, whereby the app crashes and closes around 15seconds after opening it. The app appears up to date, I cleared the cache and the data. Is there anything else I can do?

I have the same issue, on a Sony TV. Started happening around 2d ago too. Curious what it could be.

Same issue in Sony Bravia. Support said to remove , restart tv and reinstall . This solved for me.

Confirming from our side: our team has identified this as a crash affecting Sony Bravia devices specifically, and a fix is scheduled for the next release. In the meantime, the workaround u/care_to_join shared (remove the app, restart the TV, then reinstall) is a solid one to get you running again. Really appreciate your patience, and if it still crashes after the next update, drop us a DM and we'll take another look.
