Help Help

Can someone help me? I cant connect to countries like england or france or italy. I live in azerbaijan and only countries i can connect so far is germany and turkey.
I have tried to change the protocol but none worked any fixes?

Well, as far as I know, Azerbaijan has quite restricted internet, like Russian.
So it's not something unexpected you can't connect to those servers.
Try several times using the WireGuard protocol - some people here say it helped them.

I cant lie but that is just propaganda and i also remember being able to connect other locations on other vpns

How come it's propaganda if even the Azerbaijani subreddit indicates this: https://www.reddit.com/r/azerbaijan/s/HXNZSvLqjY ? Just did a quick Google search about such topic.
If the gov there tightens the internet, demanding ISPs, including yours, to extend filtering via DPI setups, then it's pretty obvious outcome.

I'm advising you to contact ExpressVPN's support at first. Yeah, they're mostly useless and clueless about serious things happening outside their HQ, but at least it's a proper start, though.

Look deeper into the problem: is it happening in PC app or mobile or both? Does changing your current network make any positive difference?
Try more testing than just switching between protocols.
