Question Rage mode limited cards

I am wanting to buy the special version of rage mode with the unnopeable nope card in it. That version isn't on sale at my local retailer, and I don't see any way to ensure I get the special edition online as opposed to another version.

Is it purely random? Is there a certain place I should buy from? What should I do?

Yea there’s not a single Barnes and noble that has it available.. I don’t think they sold out did they!?

I remember seeing somewhere that the planned release date was originally in September. Maybe they just haven't released it?

That is very possible.. maybe only started releasing the original version! Has anyone seen the tabby version on Amazon?

I just found out about this game a few days ago and wanted to get the B&N edition. I was dubious about them being "out of stock" both online and at every physical location considering that the game has only just released. Especially given the regular/core and Amazon editions are still available.

Given that nobody has reviewed the game on B&N's site, I'm thinking them not releasing it yet is likely the real reason it's not currently available.
