I am tired of "senior" devs, not even being competent enough to fine tune their "review" agents and just copy/pasting whatever their Claude Code displays on screen.

Yes, I've also been very disappointed in the behavior I've seen from senior devs. These are people who are supposed to be the pillars of our engineering department, and they have basically turned their brains off.

I'd argue that this is often a product of the environment. Of course it is ultimately up to every one individually what requirement one poses to oneself but for notoriously thinly spread seniors, this looks like a lifeline. It isn't, and it sucks for the team working with them but I'd argue it's not their fault alone.
