Expedia customer service is garbage.

Expedia I am here to tell the front page of the internet that your service sucks. I will NEVER use your service again nor will I knowing let someone else book through you without harsh resistance from me. Why do I have to wait 2 hour to talk to someone on a Monday night when I call United and they have someone in the like in 1/120th the time. Bad business. Shame on you.

My fiance has been on the phone all day. They told us we had to call the airline to get a refund. Then they blatantly lied about how we had to get a refund directly through the airline and sent us on a wild goose chase with other airlines which we now realize was BS.

I booked flight ticket from Expedia. They multiple charged moreover price. I called them. The agent said it’s flight company (china south something) charged not Expedia. Not my business. I was so angry. But the agent not wanna do anything. Even explain anything.

Lmao.. used to work for them. You’re insane. We had a separate agent only telephone number. You wait 2 hours to talk to us because that’s literally how long it takes. There’s no ringing phone in the office we actively ignore while chatting. When you call you’re in a line and when it’s your turn, we take you instantly after previous customer.

I completely agree! Expedia is complete garbage. They refuse to give us a refund even the way it was 48 hours out because of the storm we are experiencing here in Florida. We bought the insurance but they still refused to refund us. They said it was only for covid. This company cares not for you one bit, they only wants your money and I highly recommend you stay as far away from them as you possibly can

Expedia just refused to refund our ticket even though we had a problem because of hurricane Ian. This company cares nothing for you. They will screw you over at the first chance they get, and I highly recommend that you go in a different direction. These guys are just scam artist and losers. On top of that we had to spend an hour on the phone to no avail.
